Terms of use

Cartelcity is an online mafia game by RdeV-Systems. You play on the website, via an installed phone app, or via Google Play.

Parts of the game may change, go offline for a while, or end. We announce major changes where that is reasonable.

Game money, items and ranks are for the game only. You cannot cash them out for real money.

You must be at least 16 to create an account. You are responsible for your login details and for what happens on your account.

If you break these terms, the game rules, fair play or the law, we may warn you, limit the account or close it. Virtual items are not refunded.

Gold is optional and for in-game use only. You pay on our site (payment partner Stripe), not through Google Play payments, unless we clearly change that later.

Before you pay, you confirm the order and these terms. If you ask for immediate delivery, your right to cancel that purchase may no longer apply, where the law allows.

You receive gold only after payment really succeeds. Just returning to the website is not enough.

If something goes wrong or you are charged twice: email Support. Refunds follow the payment partner, the law and our checks for abuse.

The game shows fictional crime. Using the service for real crimes is not allowed.

Cheats, unauthorised bots, multiple accounts for unfair advantage and abusing game bugs are not allowed. See also Fair play.

We provide the service as it is. We do not promise uninterrupted or flawless operation.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for damage from outages, bugs, in-game choices or lost virtual items.

Your mandatory consumer rights still apply.

Dutch law applies to these terms. Mandatory consumer rights in your country still apply where required.
